The drinks themselves are inspired by her favourite places in the area, with the delicate, floral MaBelle inspired by a walled rose garden in Victoria Park and Rough Trade, a vibrant tiki-style drink with a Bangladeshi twist inspired by Brick Lane.
The rooftop brasserie and Moroccan-style pool at The Curtain is a plant-filled haven for hotel guests and club members. The LIDO menu features light and seasonal dishes, such as flatbreads and fresh seafood platters. There is also be an extensive wine list, with many available by the glass, as well as an offering of refreshing spritz cocktails.
