The official, 110-year history of Milan’s Internazionale F.C., splendidly illustrated with 400 pages
On 9 March 1908, the Internazionale F.C., with its shield of gold, black and light blue to match the stars and the skies, was created as an answer to its arch-rival, A.C. Milan. This dazzling publication celebrates Inter’s 110th anniversary, chronicling the most important moments in the history of a club whose story mirrors that of Milan, which has gone from being a large city to a key international metropolis.
With four hundred colour illustrations, Inter 110 tells the story of the key players, trainers and presidents who have made Inter’s first 110 years unforgettable—from Giuseppe Meazza, aka “Balilla”, the great bomber who scored 247 goals over his twenty-year career, to the “Grande Inter” of the post-WWII years, to the “football legends” of the 1980s to the present day: Alessandro Altobelli, Evaristo Beccalossi, Beppe “Zio” Bergomi, Walter Zenga, Lothar Matthäus, Andreas Brehme, Jurgen Klinsmann, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Ivan Zamorano, Oba Oba Martins, Javier Zanetti.
