Time to celebrate the 25th issue of ROBERT’S. We choose a Wildflower Martini, created by the team of the COMO The Treasury Hotel in Perth, Australia
Ingredients: 60ml Geraldton wax infused Hippocampus Vodka , 10ml Maidenii Classic Vermouth
Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Add ice and stir for approximately 30 seconds. Strain and pour into a martini glass and garnish with a native flower on a stick.
Tasting notes: tart lemon and bubblegum but without the sweetness. Perfect aperitif.
As in Europe winter is coming you will find eatable flowers in some deli or online.
